Introduction:
Hello, my name is Johann McLee Florexile, and I come from Haiti—a small yet resilient Republic. While Haiti has its opportunities, the country faces significant challenges, particularly in its banking system. Speed, reliability, forex exchange asset availability, liquidity, and scalability for peer-to-peer local currency transfers are severely limited. Furthermore, the government struggles to maintain accurate demographic records, and basic services like a functional mailing system are a privilege reserved for those with mappable “real addresses.”
To address these issues, I am launching an initiative to raise funds for my lifelong dream: solving these challenges through TOPSOL (TOPS). This project is my first step toward building a platform that can provide transparent, efficient, and accessible financial solutions for Haiti.
TOPS, the ticker for TOPSOL, is built on BASE, a COINBASE Layer 2 solution of the Ethereum network. It is available for trading and holding, secured by locked initial liquidity pool, and burned LP tokens—ensuring it cannot be “rug-pulled.” You can verify these details through any DEX tracking tool.
TOPS on BASE represents a significant move toward fostering a new, thriving Haitian economy. It symbolizes the transparency, speed, affordability, and efficiency that modern international markets offer.
